Landscaping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the work of assigned staff
• Coordinate gardening assignments with college activities
• Make minor repairs and adjustments to power equipment and gardening tools
• Make minor repairs and adjustments to sprinkler systems
• Identify diseased plants and pest infestations; implement corrective measures
• Observe and determine the need for fertilizers, soil amendments, and mineral additives
• Keep accurate records of the plants

Requirements

• Secondary or high school education, or gardener landscaping certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a gardener
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English
