Photographer & Videographer

Responsibilities

• Take high-quality photographs and videos of residential, commercial, and community spaces to portray the features and atmosphere of our properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative photo and video shoots that align with branding and promotional strategies.
• Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software, ensuring quality and consistency in all final outputs.
• Develop engaging multimedia content for use in digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and property listings.
• Work with drone technology to capture aerial shots of properties and surrounding areas, enhancing the visual appeal of marketing materials.
• Conduct onsite inspections and assess properties to determine the best angles and lighting for capturing stunning visuals.
• Maintain an organized archive of all visual content for easy access and future projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a photographer and videographer, supported by a diverse portfolio.
• Valid UAE Driving License and access to a car.
• Must possess your own camera.
• Expertise in utilizing a variety of photography and videography equipment: DSLRs, lenses, lighting gear, drones, audio recording devices.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, plus Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing content creation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about visual storytelling.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
