Partner Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Find new partners, guide them through the sales process and successfully close by creating a win-win scenario.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone, online demo).
• Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel company growth.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
• Run demos of Easygenerator, highlighting value and matching to business needs.
• Draft quotations, negotiate contract terms, and handle objections.
• Nurture prospects through calls, email, meetings, and demos.
• Navigate multiple sales processes in different stages simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in a business-related field)
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in business development (preferably B2B SaaS)
• Familiarity with partnership processes
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Multitasking and time management abilities
• High energy and positive attitude
• Initiative and ownership of responsibilities
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
