Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality trainings to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Record tasks and training requests using Salesforce CRM
  • Achieve personal and team OKRs
  • Support sales and customer care teams
  • Evaluate client knowledge after trainings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (education, business, HR, IT or related)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a trainer or corporate training specialist
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage full training sessions, including in-person and web-based activities
  • Fast learner on new tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in education technology, HR development, or business training
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Prior work in real estate or technical product training
