Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customers and build relationships
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Conduct monthly business reviews
- Identify growth opportunities for clients
- Utilize internal data tools for performance optimization
- Train and coach existing and new clients
- Research and qualify new leads
- Understand client needs and upselling opportunities
- Execute timely renewals
- Respond to questions and send proposals
- Present and demonstrate products
- Stay updated on competing products/services
- Close sales and meet/exceed targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in science, marketing, business or related fields
- 2-3 years experience in outbound call center or sales
- Strong listening, sales, and financial negotiation skills
- Objection handling and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent phone and cold-calling skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to achieve sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales or account management experience in real estate or SaaS
- Highly competitive mindset and strong rapport-building skills
- Quick adaptability to new products and technology tools
