Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and build relationships
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Conduct monthly business reviews
• Identify growth opportunities for clients
• Utilize internal data tools for performance optimization
• Train and coach existing and new clients
• Research and qualify new leads
• Understand client needs and upselling opportunities
• Execute timely renewals
• Respond to questions and send proposals
• Present and demonstrate products
• Stay updated on competing products/services
• Close sales and meet/exceed targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in science, marketing, business or related fields
• 2-3 years experience in outbound call center or sales
• Strong listening, sales, and financial negotiation skills
• Objection handling and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.com
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent phone and cold-calling skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to achieve sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or account management experience in real estate or SaaS
• Highly competitive mindset and strong rapport-building skills
• Quick adaptability to new products and technology tools
