Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests personally, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing a warm, friendly greeting. Conduct property walkthroughs to guarantee every stay is perfect.
  • Implement strategies during check-in to build rapport with guests, encourage five-star reviews, and foster guest loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure operations run smoothly from check-in to check-out.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliers to address guest requests and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Use property management tools such as Hostaway and Breezeway to manage guest interactions and property tasks efficiently.
  • Be flexible and available to work night shifts to accommodate late-night check-ins.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, ideally in 5-star hotels or holiday homes in Dubai, with a focus on in-person interactions and exceptional hospitality.
  • Experience handling guest interactions that result in positive reviews and repeat customers.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts for late check-ins.
  • Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g. Hostaway, Breezeway) is a plus.
  • Experience with building management tools (Sakani) and using the DTCM portal for guest registration/compliance is a plus.
