German Speaking Executive Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO calendar and manage complex diary arrangements across timezones.
• Arrange end-to-end travel: visas, flights, hotels and ground transportation.
• Prepare meeting materials: agendas, briefings, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Produce and manage quarterly board packs and investor materials.
• Draft and translate high-impact emails, presentations and reports in German and English.
• Track CEO priority projects, chase deadlines and escalate risks proactively.
• Serve as primary liaison for investors, senior leadership and external partners.
• Handle confidential admin: expense reports, legal documents and NDAs with discretion.
• Organise leadership off-sites, investor roadshows and VIP visits.

Requirements

• Native German
• Fluent English
• C-level support
• 5+ years
• Bachelor degree
• Google Workspace
• MS365 proficiency
• Calendar management
• Travel coordination
• Confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech, e-commerce or automotive sectors
• Prior GCC experience
• Arabic language proficiency (advantage)
• Strong slide-deck and data-presentation skills
• Previous exposure to investor relations or board-level processes
