Floor Plan Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and final review of all submitted floor plans
• Approve event floor plans if compliant with Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
• Monitor onsite event setup as per approved floor plan, ensuring HSE Rules and Regulations are implemented
• Prepare compliance checklists using the system and verify adherence to approved floor plan
• Conduct site inspections for each approved floor plan during Build Up, Opening, and Tear Down phases
• Upload approved event floor plans into the system
• Generate general inspection reports
• Prepare reports of noncompliance during site inspections
• Reconcile monthly floor plan summary review reports
• Follow up on stand completion and ensure halls are ready for opening
• Carry out pre-opening checks
• Support Venues Infrastructure and assist in all operational matters
• Implement duties according to Quality Standards, Security, and Health & Safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in the event industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Email
• Report writing skills
• IOSH certified
