Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of ~100 B2B accounts, including high-touch clients
- Lead onboarding, training, adoption and ongoing engagement
- Drive renewals, expansions and upsells to grow MRR/ARR
- Proactively monitor account health and usage; prioritize outreach
- Conduct exit interviews and capture churn insights
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Support
- Secure customer advocacy: reviews, testimonials and case studies
- Contribute to CS playbooks and special improvement projects
Requirements
- 3+ years experience
- B2B SaaS background
- Account management
- Renewals & upsells
- Commercial acumen
- English (C1) proficiency
- Presentation skills
- Dubai-based / onsite
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic fluency (C1/C2)
- Experience with data rooms or board portals
- Prior sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Multilingual ability
