Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs professionally
• Prepare detailed job cards and coordinate with technicians
• Explain repair processes, timelines, and cost estimates clearly
• Follow up on service progress and provide timely updates to customers
• Perform quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction post-service
• Maintain records using DMS or CRM tools
• Coordinate vehicle pickup/drop-off and occasionally travel to different Emirates for service support

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel across Emirates
• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor in the UAE automotive industry
• Knowledge of CRM/DMS systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with dealership or multi-branch service operations
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection and repair estimation processes
• Ability to manage multiple service jobs and prioritize effectively
