Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling installation appointments with clients and confirm site readiness.
  • Support coordination of backend on-site training requests.
  • Help schedule on-site technical visits, including normal and emergency cases.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for customers using Foodics products.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and projects, ensuring services are delivered according to SLAs, under guidance from senior team members.
  • Conduct phone calls to educate customers about onboarding sequences.
  • Assist clients in setting up Foodics menus and inventory products.
  • Provide support in building customer menus, recipes, and inventory items.
  • Help with menu and inventory updates as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with IT, Software, or SaaS product companies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel within Dubai and the UAE as needed.
  • Self-starter able to work independently across functions and multiple initiatives.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or F&B industry.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for growth and innovation.
