Consultant- Urban Adviosry

Responsibilities

• Responsible for initiating and developing engineering drawings through completion for assigned projects in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by the project’s discipline engineers.
• Complete design assignments of moderate complexity under direct supervision.
• Apply an intermediate level of understanding within a specific discipline.
• Work with codes, permits, and software applications relevant to the discipline.
• Prepare designs and drawings using project specifications and written/verbal instructions in accordance with established design practices, standards, and procedures.
• Utilize vendor documents as references for assigned tasks.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of requisitions and the role of materials management.
• Perform material take-offs for the discipline.
• Maintain discipline’s equipment and material lists.
