City Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy, fully owning results and P&L.
• Manage the full sales cycle.
• Lead a team of Mortgage Consultants and Real Estate Agents, including hiring as needed.
• Coordinate with Central Ops, Marketing, and Product Teams to align roadmaps and initiatives.
• Achieve targets through effective planning, setting action plans, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years combined experience in Strategic Management Consulting or fast-scaling startups
• Self-driven and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with a “test and learn” mindset
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
• Experience in management consulting
• Experience in early-stage, venture-backed startups that scaled
