Chief Operating Officer (COO) - AHS Properties, Dubai

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations with a focus on scalability, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align company operations with long-term strategic goals.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of AHS Properties, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute business strategies and plans for growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions.
• Represent AHS Properties in key business meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) as a COO, General Manager, or in a similar executive role in the luxury real estate sector
• Strong understanding of real estate operations, project management, and business development
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of real estate market trends in the UAE
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
