Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across various international cuisines.
• Support senior chefs in daily operations, menu planning, and event preparation.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and guest preferences.
• Work with discretion and professionalism within a private household environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or VVIP/private households.
• Strong culinary background with exposure to multiple cuisines.
• High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personal grooming.
• Currently based in Dubai or UAE (preferred), but candidates abroad will also be considered if available to relocate quickly.
• Flexibility, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
