Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing real estate brokerages
- Leverage a consultative approach to assess client requirements, identify needs, and propose appropriate solutions
- Forecast sales and revenue expectations with a high degree of predictability
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with professional real estate companies through consistent support and consultation
- Learn and become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio
- Advise clients by coaching, motivating, and educating them on products and services
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through a consultative approach
- Record opportunities and activities within Property Finder's SalesForce CRM on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests in a timely manner
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or science
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment (real estate experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and predictable forecasting
- Exceptional analytical skills for client data analysis and ROI suggestion
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and CRM tools (SalesForce preferred)
- Ability to engage key decision-makers
- Assertive, influential, and motivated to work in a target-driven environment
