Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movement using Excel
• Oversee boats being lifted in the warehouse
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
• Handle delivery documentation, inspection reports, loading, and unloading of items
• Support warehouse inspections and compliance with operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse

Requirements

• Strong local knowledge of Dubai & Abu Dhabi
• Familiar with logistics routes and warehouse areas
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation and inspection processes
• Proficient in Excel and basic inventory systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and physically fit

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role in the UAE
• Ability to work independently and support a dynamic operations team
