Video Editor - French fluent

Responsibilities

• Edit videos of Paradox's audiovisual productions for e-learning and empowerment
• Craft captivating stories: shape narratives, integrate graphics/music/effects, ensure consistency
• Bring visual excellence: edit raw footage, color correction, audio adjustments, develop new video concepts
• Create efficient, scalable post-production: manage timelines, coordinate feedback, stay up to date with trends

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a video editor
• Strong portfolio with impactful, diverse video projects
• Advanced skills in video editing software and techniques
• Fluent in French (native/bilingual) and English
• Experience managing production timelines and delivering high-quality results
• Deep understanding of storytelling and human psychology
• Adaptable, fast-paced, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-learning, edtech, coaching, or similar mission-driven organizations
• Experience working in multicultural or international teams
• Creativity and innovation in video content and storytelling
