Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Paradox's audiovisual productions, ensuring alignment with the company's e-learning mission.
• Craft captivating stories through engaging narratives that inspire viewers, integrating graphics, music, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain consistency in tone and style across all video content.
• Edit and polish raw footage to create visually stunning videos, utilizing color correction and audio enhancements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts.
• Manage project timelines effectively to deliver high-quality videos on schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement revisions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually elevate video content.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a video editor.
• Demonstrable portfolio with impactful video content across genres.
• Advanced skills in video editing software and techniques.
• French native/bilingual and professional/fluent English.
• Proven ability to manage video production timelines efficiently.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, human psychology, and learning experience design.
