Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and leverage enterprise architecture (EA) for Aldar Group.
- Define EA processes and lead their integration with other business and IT processes.
- Develop and maintain EA across business, technology, data, applications, and security at group level, collaborating with various entities.
- Lead identification and analysis of business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical, and solution architecture requirements.
- Analyze industry, technology, and market trends to determine potential impacts on the enterprise.
- Assess the current business and IT environment for critical deficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Lead EA implementation planning, oversee execution, continual refinement, and documentation.
- Manage and update architectural standards to reflect leading practices and technological advances.
- Guide on integrated technology strategies and infrastructure product selection.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate platforms and applications; advise entities on IT budgets.
- Define organizational requirements for resources, structures, and cultural changes to support EA.
- Promote EA process, outcomes, and results to IT and business leaders.
Requirements
- UAE nationals only
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
- Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience
- Proven experience managing EA in diversified groups
- Technical architecture skills
- Solution architecture skills
- Business analysis and strategic planning skills
- Program management experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Relevant industry certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in private sector and consulting
- Real-estate industry background
- Experience in group-level EA leadership
- Familiarity with organizational change management
