UAE National ONLY (Emirati) Corporate Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across the UAE.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements and corporate documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and corporate governance requirements.
• Support M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate transactions.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators and external counsel as required.
• Advise senior management on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) mandatory
• LLB or LLM from recognized university
• Minimum 5+ years corporate law experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial & corporate legislation
• Contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluent Arabic and English (written & spoken)
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multinational or top-tier law firm
• Prior exposure to M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Experience dealing with UAE government entities and regulators
• In-house corporate legal experience
