Teller (Emiratised Role)

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cash-counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) within target times.
• Manage customer documentation and financial records securely and in an organized manner.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and KYC requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service; resolve routine queries and escalate when necessary.
• Build awareness of products and services; identify referral and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash handling controls.

Requirements

• High School
• 2+ years
• Banking experience
• Cash handling
• Customer service
• Emirati national

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with retail bank products and services
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and KYC processes
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer/CRM skills
