Team Lead, Affiliate Business Development (CIS, Russian Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnerships
• Manage and lead a team of affiliate business development managers, including strategy and KPI delivery
• Identify and develop partners (affiliates), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and key account relationships
• Oversee partnership acquisition stages: lead generation, prospecting, initial contact, meetings, contract negotiation, integration, and performance optimization
• Nurture relationships with local key trading accounts, projects, media, crypto influencers, and VIP accounts
• Build influencer partnerships for user acquisition and revenue generation
• Contribute to regional strategies that align with company goals; set and implement objectives, targets, and action plans
• Support management and lead engineers in negotiation of commercial terms with new and recurring businesses
• Propose new business models and structures as needed
• Support product and engineering for product development activities
• Actively participate in regional online/offline marketing activities and business events; stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Comply with company guidelines and practices

Requirements

• Sales experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or related sectors with a record in building partnerships
• Experience as account executive or in business and client development
• Experience leading teams, ideally revenue-generating teams
• Project management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven approach
• Understanding of affiliate/partnership program KPIs and optimization
• Willingness to travel to CIS, MENA, SEA, or other regions as needed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and native Russian (mandatory)
