Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings on job boards and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Support employer branding activities (career fairs, social content)
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Maintain candidate records and basic HR administration
• Support the People team with ad-hoc HR tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and phone screening
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to ATS/HRIS systems
• Experience supporting employer branding or campus recruitment
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, other) desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder orientation
