Job Description

Responsibilities

Wash-downs, polishing, teak cleaning, and detailing.
Assist with docking, line handling, fender placement, and anchor operations.
Assist with water sports setup (jet skis, paddleboards, snorkel gear), beach setups, and guest transfers.
Maintain deck gear including ropes, winches, and safety equipment.
Follow safety protocols and participate in drills and emergency procedures.

Requirements

STCW Basic Safety Training (Mandatory)
Previous experience on yachts or in hospitality/watersports is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Teamwork and good physical fitness
Ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

PDSD (Proficiency in Designated Security Duties) preferred for charter vessels
Prior watersports or hospitality background
