Style Advisor

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills in line with brand expectations
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Maintain all store standards and operations as per company policy
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for full-time or part-time work
