Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills in line with brand expectations
- Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
- Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
- Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program
- Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
- Maintain all store standards and operations as per company policy
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for full-time or part-time work
