Site Service Manager

Responsibilities

As the Site Services Manager at Doka UAE, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of Formwork Instructors, overseeing day-to-day operations for on-site support.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across all active project sites through knowledge sharing and strict adherence to Doka’s safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and championing best practices in formwork execution.
• Manage Formwork Pre-Assembly and On-Site Installation, coordinating in-house teams of skilled operatives for operational efficiency and high-quality execution.
• Prepare accurate, timely service quotations based on customer specifications and schedules.
• Improve workshop processes and site practices to streamline workflows and boost profitability.
• Collaborate proactively with the Engineering department to refine solutions and incorporate feedback from real-world project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, invoicing, progress tracking, and claims handling via cross-departmental coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during execution, providing actionable feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities (multidisciplinary teams)
• Extensive knowledge of formwork systems and construction methodologies
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in UAE/Middle East construction industry
• Familiarity with HSE standards and local regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications
• Skilled in coordination of cross-functional teams and workflows
• Proficient in project management tools and digital platforms
• Solution-oriented and adaptable mindset
• Culturally aware for diverse environments
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Valid UAE driving license
