Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for ECS (Environmental Control Systems) and TVS (Tunnel Ventilation Systems).
- Service, troubleshoot, and test HVAC control panels, field instruments, motors, valves, and related components.
- Interpret and work with P&ID loops, system architecture drawings, and wiring schematics.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly service completion reports, specifying location and tasks.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and client zone engineers to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and ensure strict safety compliance on site.
- Identify system performance issues and escalate appropriately.
- Complete assigned field testing and commissioning tasks.
- Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) for reporting and coordination.
Requirements
- BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or E&I.
- Proven experience in servicing ECS and TVS systems (AHUs, FCUs, MSDs, CV/MD controllers, control panels).
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical motors/pumps, dosing pumps, control valves, and instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience with Rockwell PLCs.
- Strong grasp of international standards (electrical systems, instrumentation, HVAC/BMS).
- Ability to calibrate field devices using PLC/DDC programming interfaces.
- Experienced in reading and interpreting P&ID, system architecture, and wiring diagrams.
- Physical fitness to work in tunnels and technical environments.
- Proficient English communication and report writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience on UAE projects or knowledge of regional standards.
- Familiarity with Honeywell, Siemens, or TREND DDCs.
