Senior Private Aviation Advisor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and operators
• Proactively prospect and develop company portfolio through cold calling
• Deliver bespoke customer service before, during, and after flights
• Monitor and oversee flight operations, including outside office hours
• Supervise flight check-in and meet clients at the airport

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as charter operator or charter broker
• Motivated, dynamic, and client-focused
• High sense of responsibility
• Organized and able to multitask (cold calls, flight briefs, negotiations, client meetings)
• Perform under pressure
• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, yachting, or real estate
• Knowledge of the luxury industry
• Perfect fluency in English
