Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional VAS Field Marketing with a focus on demand generation and market awareness for Issuing and Risk and Identity Solutions.
  • Oversee planning and execution of all field marketing activities for Visa Value-Added Services in the region, ensuring initiatives support business growth and priorities.
  • Engage Regional Leadership in go-to-market (GTM) and Sales as a marketing partner.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and executive leaders across VAS and Financial Services to align marketing programs with business goals, drive net new revenue opportunities, and support cross-selling and upselling solutions.
  • Adapt and execute Financial Institutions Marketing Plans for VAS in the region.
  • Translate business unit, solutions, and product priorities into actionable regional marketing plans, leveraging best practices for awareness, demand generation, and partner engagement.
  • Lead the planning and execution of key industry and Visa-hosted events, including pre-event positioning, onsite activation, and post-event follow-up.
  • Drive localization and adaptation of marketing and sales content to meet unique regional and customer needs; develop region-specific materials to support sales and partner conversations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on effectiveness of marketing programs, using insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years experience in B2B marketing/communications, preferably in Financial Services, Payments, or Technology sectors
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, demand generation, and launching new products/solutions
  • Proven ability to partner and influence senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of financial services audience: banks, issuers, processors, fintechs, risk management stakeholders
  • Executive presence, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, energetic, solutions-oriented
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; data-driven with focus on measurable outcomes
  • Culturally aware; experience working across global/regional teams
