Senior Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive advice to investment professionals and back-office personnel, including real-time support on trading restrictions, monitoring, and approvals
• Review and/or draft documentation, policies, procedures, and other compliance infrastructure
• Oversee and assist with completion of regional regulatory reporting
• Help enforce the Compliance Monitoring Program
• Track regulatory changes, assess impact on business, assist with procedure amendments and communication
• Deliver periodic compliance training to staff
• Support adherence to the firm’s Code of Ethics policies
• Assist with ad-hoc compliance tasks, projects, and technology enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience, including buy-side equities trading environment
• Competent in EMEA regulatory environment
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within teams, make autonomous decisions
• Ability to collaborate and provide time-sensitive guidance at all levels
• Strong academic background with legal or finance-related degree preferred
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
