Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for OSN+’s digital campaigns, ensuring innovative and audience-first visuals across all marketing touchpoints.
• Develop and oversee bold, trend-driven visuals for social media, digital ads, platform assets, and placements, aligning with evolving digital behaviors.
• Own projects from concept through execution, both independently and in collaboration, bringing the Head of Creative’s vision to life.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, cultivating a culture of creativity, growth, and peak performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Motion Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing leads, to align visuals with broader campaign strategies.
• Stay ahead of design trends, audience engagement tactics, and platform-specific best practices to ensure OSN+ maintains its digital marketing edge.
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets by developing and maintaining creative guidelines for OSN+ and Anghami.
• Push creative boundaries, exploring new formats, visual styles, and storytelling techniques to drive engagement and brand affinity.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a similar creative role.
• Expertise in digital-first design with a strong portfolio of high-impact social media and digital campaign visuals.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of digital audience behaviors and engagement tactics.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities within creative teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment, digital media, or streaming industries.
• Experience with motion graphics and After Effects.
