Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to the restaurant
• Take customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Serve food and beverages to guests as needed
• Maintain restaurant appearance and cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs
• Work collaboratively with other team members

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Flexible to work shifts across various restaurant locations in the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or restaurant experience
• Multilingual abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems
