Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of new and pre-owned yachts, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets
- Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and brand visibility
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury yacht market, pricing, and competitors
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Previous experience in yachts rental is mandatory
Requirements
- Proven track record in luxury sales—preferably in yachts, high-end real estate, or similar
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and sell complex, high-value products
- Previous experience in yacht rental
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong network of HNW and UHNW individuals
- Passion for the marine/luxury lifestyle
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
