Required Registered and Assistant Nurses for Home Care in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes
• Support chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
• Help with daily hygiene routines (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Manage toileting and incontinence care
• Support patients with feeding, monitor diet and fluid intake, and prepare light meals if needed
• Offer emotional and social support, including companionship and communication encouragement
• Teach basic caregiving tasks to family members and educate on safety and hygiene practices
• Provide updates on patient’s condition to families
• Recognize and respond appropriately to medical emergencies, providing basic first aid and reporting changes

Requirements

• Valid nursing license (Registered or Assistant Nurse)
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings
• Basic first aid and emergency response knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and patience for patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in UAE home healthcare
• Training in chronic disease management
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
