Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend career fairs, recruiting open houses and community events to attract top candidates.
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, job boards and social channels; manage shortlisting and assessment.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, recruitment reimbursements and related inquiries.
- Request and verify references and supporting documents; ensure background checks and screening compliance.
- Establish and monitor operational hiring metrics to measure hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement recruiting procedures, sourcing plans and consistent selection techniques.
- Supervise and coach the Recruiting Services team; provide direction, feedback and training on recruiting practices.
- Participate in special projects and drafting reports with findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and client-specific recruitment policies (nationals preference, visa and documentation requirements).
- Support offer generation, onboarding coordination and close candidate follow-ups.
- Perform additional duties as advised by Line Manager or Head of Department.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- 3+ years recruiting experience in UAE or GCC markets
- Experience supervising or leading a recruitment team
- Familiarity with large-scale or high-volume hiring processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Arabic and English
