Receptionist for Wellness Center with UAE exp

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
• Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the wellness center's calendar
• Provide clients with information about wellness programs, services, and treatments available
• Assist with the check-in process, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and records are updated
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
• Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verification when required
• Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Receptionist in a wellness center or similar environment in the UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
• Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and office software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
