Project Manager - Events

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Strategy

• Lead the planning and execution of diverse F&B events (e.g. product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, festivals).
• Develop event concepts, objectives, timelines, and action plans aligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders for strategic alignment.

Budget & Resource Management

• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Allocate resources including staff, materials, and third parties.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor and venue relationships.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery from all partners.

Marketing & Promotion Support

• Collaborate with marketing to promote events via digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and interactions.

On-Site Execution

• Oversee event setup, live operations, and breakdown.
• Lead teams onsite and troubleshoot in real-time.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure events meet local regulations, health & safety, and licensing requirements.
• Prepare risk assessments and emergency procedures.

Post-Event Evaluation

• Analyze event performance against KPIs.
• Prepare lessons learned and recommendations for improvement.

Innovation & Trends

• Stay up-to-date on F&B and event trends, introducing fresh ideas and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in project/event management, preferably F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends for events.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience.
