Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate drawings, plans and specifications into clear, actionable site tasks
• Serve as the technical bridge between design teams and on-site execution
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Diagnose and resolve engineering and construction issues
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers and site supervisors
• Support project planning, coordination and reporting activities
• Promote and enforce a strong on-site safety and quality culture

Requirements

• BSc Civil
• UAE experience
• Drawing interpretation
• Coordination skills
• Problem solving
• Engineering software

Preferred Qualifications

• AutoCAD / Revit
• UAE codes knowledge
• Project management (PMP)
• Site supervision experience
