Project Engineer - Interior Design Boutique

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities at residential construction sites.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee the execution of works as per project plans and specifications.
• Ensure accurate detailing and manage construction documentation.
• Take complete ownership of the site, from setup to handover.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding project progress and requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design and execution phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of site operations, execution processes, and project coordination
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage detailed execution
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (Dubai) is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Open to flexible responsibilities and eager to grow within the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
