Program Officer ZSP (UAE National Only)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships; propose ways to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, staying updated on news and initiatives.
• Report issues or risks in stakeholder relationships to line manager promptly for effective risk management.
• Assist in the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to support both daily and long-term objectives for the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP).
• Support identification of new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally.
• Help roll out the Prize’s Ambassador Program; suggest methods to enhance ambassador engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ZSP program, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating Prize cycle activities.
• Coordinate and support identification and enhancement of new programs and activities.
• Contribute to the delivery and enhancement of ZSP’s youth-related programs.
• Develop program content for ZSP’s thought leadership platforms, ensuring targets and standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to increase ZSP's global awareness and position as a thought leader.
• Coordinate third parties engaged for ZSP programs to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery and minimize risks.
• Apply standardized processes and forms consistent with relevant policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and updates as required.
• Provide management information reports as needed according to schedules.
• Adhere to Masdar information security policies; report incidents and suspected weaknesses as appropriate.
• Protect company assets and sensitive information; follow acceptable use policies and procedures.
• Ensure workstations are secured and sensitive materials cleared at the end of each day or when absent for long periods.
• Do not install, copy, or modify software on Masdar equipment without authorization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications or related discipline)
• 2-4 years experience in stakeholder management and program coordination
• English language proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Office and site environment experience
• Strong writing and editorial skills

• Experience engaging with key partners and industry experts
