Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-project activities, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and manage program and project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor and report on progress, manage risk and issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead and direct program teams, providing strategic support and resources.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain engagement for high participation.
• Evaluate program performance, report key metrics, and adjust plans when necessary.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive innovation in program management practices.
• Directly manage strategic engagements with the UAE Central Bank, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially in IT and banking.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong analytical skills for decision making in complex scenarios.
• Experience with project management software and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in Program Management (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent) is required.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams and managers.
• Minimum 15-20 years of program management experience, preferably in IT and banking.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology (IT) or related.
• Demonstrated experience in program delivery and stakeholder management.
• Must have worked at one of the Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
• Proven experience delivering projects for the UAE Central Bank (mandatory).
• In-depth understanding of banking processes, compliance, and technologies.
• Strong budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Notice period of 30-45 days is preferred.
