Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Healthcare Program Sales:

• Engage prospective patients in-person and via phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels, and email to promote healthcare programs.
• Manage and nurture leads using CRM systems for timely communication and conversions.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming attitude for all patient inquiries through both in-person and telecommunication routes.

Patient Coordination:

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow using EMR systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with clinical teams for in-person and remote visits (such as at-home blood tests and pharmacy deliveries).
• Facilitate efficient patient flow in the clinic by keeping clear communication with patients and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, program progress, and service delivery.
• Track and encourage patient adherence to program milestones and follow-up visits.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with patients and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Promptly address inquiries and concerns to ensure positive patient experience and retention.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of company services and healthcare industry trends.
• Confidently educate patients about program offerings and their benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management, or related field
• 3–4 years UAE healthcare experience
• Sales or client relationship management background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• CRM, EMR, and insurance systems experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• Professional, adaptable, patient-focused
