PRO Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and process all MOHRE-related documentation and transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with government authorities to facilitate smooth operations
• Assist in obtaining and renewing employee work permits, residency visas, and other employment-related documents
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to MOHRE
• Advise management and staff on relevant regulatory issues and compliance requirements
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to employee documentation and government services
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of employee-related transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar role within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE processes, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Established connections with MOHRE and other relevant government bodies
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
