Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth daily running of the Fuse HQ in Dubai, ensuring the office is always clean, organised, and ready for action.
  • Liaise with cleaning, maintenance, and building management teams to maintain top-quality workspace.
  • Manage office supplies and keep fridges, coffee machines, and snacks stocked.
  • Prepare the office for meetings, events, and visitors such as board meetings and team socials.
  • Coordinate office events and initiatives to foster a fun, collaborative, and motivating workplace.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Handle people operations admin, including visa applications, onboarding paperwork, and HR systems updates.
  • Support recruitment activities, from scheduling interviews to liaising with candidates.
  • Own the onboarding experience for new hires in Dubai, ensuring global hires have a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and act as a culture champion.
  • Maintain accurate people data and support policy and process implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, people operations, or a combined operations role.
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, visa applications, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of office and people operations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong bias to execution — gets things done quickly and to a high standard.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth fintech, tech, or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa processes.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment activities or managing HR systems.
  • Previous experience in culture, employee experience, or event management roles.
