People Manager

Responsibilities

• Support line managers and provide guidance on People & Culture topics such as manpower planning, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop strong relationships and build trust with key stakeholders globally.
• Assist Senior Director in designing and implementing HR processes and policies, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify and resolve organizational design, process, and workflow challenges.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of people initiatives.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive change management initiatives for organizational growth and improvement.
• Utilize analytics to assess key HR metrics and provide actionable data-driven insights.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coach and develop team members in change management, engagement, and communication best practices.
• Ensure all People & Culture operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding experiences and drive improvements.
• Lead the annual performance review process and support global rollouts.
• Educate the team on KPI setting, review processes, and foster a culture of continuous feedback.
• Support employee development/improvement plans and ensure ongoing progress.
• Create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
• Oversee payroll and ensure timely submission of payroll files.
• Partner with the global People + Culture team on strategic projects and department KPIs.

• 6+ years HR business partnering
• UAE employment law knowledge
• Analytical mindset
