Partner Support Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by providing product/service information and resolving issues.
• Respond promptly to queries via phone, chat, email and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally for customer loyalty and retention.
• Ensure performance goals are met based on quality standards.
• Support team members and provide training on best practices.
• Act as subject matter expert to clarify needs and propose solutions.
• Solve problems by being proficient with technology and using multiple systems/applications.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
• Exercise independent decision making and recommend procedural improvements.
• Diagnose customer technical problems and identify solutions.
• Escalate code errors to development team with clear summaries.
• Report unresolved issues to manager that require further action.

Requirements

• Fluency in English & Arabic (read, write, speak)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer
• Superior documentation and typing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Good comprehension and composition skills
• Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Effective problem solving and time management
• Action-oriented and adaptable to change
• Teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer support or related roles
• Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Creative and analytical problem-solving attitude
