Responsibilities
- Complete the data entry of customer details on the CAS system from application forms and relevant documents
- Maintain and forward accurate productivity reports to the reporting manager
- Assist manager in daily office work and documentation needs
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and reporting obligations
- Define and work toward annual performance goals in collaboration with manager
- Identify training and development needs and undertake necessary programs
- Maintain effective communication and professionalism with colleagues across departments
- Adhere to all organizational policies, processes, and procedures
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for data entry with zero errors
- Ensure adherence to Credit SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking or any related discipline
- Quick data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data entry or administrative roles within banking or financial institutions
- Familiarity with CAS system or similar data management platforms
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
