Officer - Customer Service (Emiratized Role)

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue
• Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and service requests
• Handle queries across phone, email and chat channels
• Resolve customer issues promptly; escalate complex matters as required
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Stay updated on FAB products, services and policies
• Participate in training and share best practices with peers

Requirements
