Master 200GT Captain

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate and operate the yacht during trips.
• Supervise and coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests throughout the trip.
• Coordinate with the line manager for daily operations and logistical needs.
• Manage trip planning, including route and guest requirements.
• Handle any issues that arise during trips to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Encourage guests to leave positive reviews.

Requirements

• Master Captain - 200GT qualification and all relevant driving documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of trip routes and local tourist spots.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a 200GT captain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive and motivated attitude.
• Previous experience in luxury guest services.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
